Acceptance
By using NovidenWorks Studio ("Studio") you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Studio.
The service
Studio turns a topic you enter into a short AI-generated video and, if you choose, uploads the video to the YouTube channel you connected, with your approval. Instagram and TikTok connections are not offered yet. Studio runs on credits, which are deducted during generation. For Story videos, the total is settled against the actual cost when the video finishes: credits deducted in excess are refunded and any shortfall is deducted.
YouTube
- Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
- Every video uploaded to YouTube through Studio is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's policies, including the Community Guidelines. You are responsible for keeping your channel compliant.
- How Google processes your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- You can remove Studio's access to YouTube at any time, from Studio ("Remove connection") or from the Google security settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
AI-generated content
- Videos, images, audio and text in Studio are generated by AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected, and informational videos may contain inaccurate facts. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
- YouTube requires creators to disclose realistic content that was generated or meaningfully altered with AI (YouTube Help: disclosing use of GenAI content). Every video uploaded to YouTube from Studio is sent with the "altered or synthetic content" disclosure. You are responsible for following the AI disclosure rules of platforms you publish to in other ways.
Accounts and content
- You own and are responsible for the videos you create. You must have the right to use the text, images and audio you provide.
- Creating content that infringes the rights of others, or that is misleading or illegal, is not allowed.
- Content about real people must be respectful and accurate; Studio is not designed for defaming anyone.
- You may not use Studio to upload spam, misleading content or mass-produced repetitive content.
- Uploads to your connected accounts happen only with your approval; you are responsible for following each platform's own rules.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or platform rules.
Credits and payment
Studio does not take payments yet. Rules for plans, credit renewal and extra credits will be published on this page when payments open. Credits for videos that could not be produced because of a system error are refunded.
Availability
The service depends on third-party AI providers and platforms; outages and model changes can happen. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated. When we update them we change the date at the top, and we announce important changes in the app or by email.
